How can I tell if they’re fresh? I got them from Home Depot, they come in the green pack that say organic and at the bottom it says “Guaranteed to grow”. I live in a hot climate it gets about 90 degrees. Is it better to grow them inside under a florescent light?

Make sure they’re fresh seeds from this year. Cover with about 1/4″ soil - pat it over the seeds, water gently and keep moist. Outside they should sprout in about a week. ~Rita

Thanks for the note. Most herbs like at least half a day of sun so you may be ok. The flavors may not be as intense as a full day in the sun, but it should work. ~Rita
